How it all began,
DV8 Tattoos and Body Piercings is located in Roseville, CA. The shop has an array of amazing artists working there. I'm familiar with the site myself from always getting my own piercings done through them. It was so surreal to be back to provide a service, instead of being the customer.
I found Justene on DV8's social media and asked if she wanted to be included in my Branding Session Model call. She jumped at the opportunity and I'm honored that I was able to make her photo dreams a reality.
Meet Justene!
Justene has been tattooing at this spot for a year now. The majority of her artwork is fine lines and simply beautiful pieces. She is not only creative, but efficient at what she does.

The Photography Process
Most of my photography is light and airy. Although after looking at the theme on Justene's social media, I knew I wanted to play with shadows more.
I kept the same editing style and just changed the lighting around me while shooting to produce a more edgy vibe.
